YES, the road to being lean starts with getting your ass in the door and just starting, but we all know it isn't a damn bit easy. Maybe it's easy in theory, but hard in practicality. The thing is, everyone started there...even the jacked people. Most people spend years attempting their own thing in the gym, or spend years researching the best workout split, but still never get jacked. Most people inherently lack the confidence to walk in to the gym, stand their ground, and lift heavy weights with the yoked bros.
